The Problem

A lead texts at 9pm about a listing and doesn't hear back until the next afternoon, by then they've toured three other houses

Same Person, Every Industry

"Real estate, HVAC, law, insurance, whatever it is: the questions I ask on that first call are the same. Where does your time actually go, and what happens the moment a lead goes cold?"

Sean, Goldenspire Group
How We Build It

Deep experience across a wide array of platforms, connected to what you already run.

Most businesses already have some tools in place: QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Clio, Mailchimp, Square, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or something similar. We don't rip that out and replace it.

We've built automation across dozens of platforms and AI systems, so we connect to what you've already invested in instead of letting it go to waste. And if a piece of your stack needs an upgrade to get the job done right, that breadth of experience means we know exactly what to recommend and how to set it up ourselves. Either way, everything runs on accounts you own, not ours, so you're never locked into needing us to keep it running.

Questions About Fit

What business owners ask before reaching out.

My industry isn't listed here. Do you still work with businesses like mine?

Almost certainly. This page covers the industries we hear from most, not a hard limit. If your business runs on intake, scheduling, documents, or follow-up, the same systems apply regardless of what you call your industry.

Do you only build for one type of business, or do you specialize?

We don't specialize in one vertical. The same production standard applies across real estate, HVAC, law, insurance, and every other industry we serve, because the underlying problems (slow follow-up, scattered scheduling, manual documents) look the same everywhere.

How small is too small to work with Goldenspire?

There isn't a minimum size. Solo operators and multi-location businesses get the same build quality; the scope just changes to match what you actually need.

Do I need to be local to South Central PA to work with you?

No. Sean is based in Dillsburg, PA and enjoys meeting local clients face-to-face, but the systems run identically whether you're five minutes away or five states away.

Don't see your industry?

Most of what we build is repetitive process work: intake, scheduling, documents, follow-up. It shows up in nearly every kind of business, regardless of size, so let's talk about yours.
